At Haze Cobblers, we take pride in the quality of our footwear. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our policy regarding exchanges and refunds.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style preferences.
To request an exchange:
Email us at contact@HAZECOBBLERS.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description.
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Conditions:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Customized or tailor-made items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any items unless:
The product is proven to be defective, or
The item sent was incorrect (wrong size or design due to our error)
If approved for a refund:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier to avoid lost shipments.
Haze Cobblers is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns or refunds on non-defective items.
PO Box addresses are not eligible for delivery or returns.
Custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless faulty.
All returns must be pre-approved by our support team.
